Early dental visits are all about prevention. That’s why it’s so important to start building a good foundation for your child’s oral health. The Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and The American Academy of Pediatrics recommend children visit the dentist within the first 6 months after the first tooth erupts or by 1 year of age, whichever comes first.
